J-Auto’s Second Generation pillow ball’s have been redesigned to enable these awesome parts to now be rebuild when the time comes, reducing the cost of future maintenance and effectively making these the last pillow balls your RX-7 FD will ever need.
J-Auto in the USA offer what are probably the best pillow ball bushings on the market for your RX-7 FD, these also win on price grounds compared to the OEM bushes. (OEM currently coming in around £100 per bush excluding dust boots)
Worn pillow ball bushings are the main source of clunking noises from the rear end of your 1993+ Mazda RX-7. J-AUTO pillow balls are lighter, stronger and more precise than original Mazda pillow balls making them a great upgrade for street and race cars. Quiet operation with no noise or vibrations introduced into the cabin.
These RX-7s require 6 pillow balls: 2 pillow balls per rear lower control arm and 1 pillow ball per rear upper control arm. Compatible with original Mazda pillow ball dust seals included in our this kit.

SPECS: Hard anodised aluminium pillow balls won’t corrode/rust. High quality American teflon lined spherical bearings are self cleaning and self lubricating for long lasting, maintenance-free operation. Replaces Mazda part # FD01-26-220.
