Internationl Ordering

Currently the Essex Rotary Store does not automatically calculate shipping costs for overseas locations. This does not mean we do not deliver worldwide.

If you are interested in placing an order and you need delivery outside of the UK then please follow the simple instructions below an we will be happy to get thins setup for you.

For international Orders please follow these steps we can get your order created with minimal additional hassle.

1. Please Head over to our web shop and register for an account here http://essexrotarystore.com/my-account/
2. Next head in to the “My Accounts” section, fill in your details there including your delivery and billing address etc
3. with this all done, please send us an email containing the following information, this will enable us to create your order
   • Please use “International Order” in the emails subject line.
   • The name you registered your account in (usually the email address)
   • A list of all the items you wish to order including quantities, part “SKU” numbers (as these identify specific items) and part descriptions.
     Here is an order example;

What Happens Next?

With this information we can create your order including the correct international delivery cost, and you will receive an email with a list of your ordered parts, and a link to complete your order.

PLEASE NOTE
International orders must be paid for by International bank transfer. Payments via Paypal will not be accepted and will be refunded minus a handling fee to cover the processing costs (for example Paypal now keep all processing costs even when a full refund it processed)

Our website will provide you with payment account details once you complete the order process. When making payment via bank transfer please ensure that you cover any fees that are applicable when processing international payments. We will not release your order for processing until the total value of your order has been received. So please check with your bank to ensure this is covered.

Alternatively once you have received the order confirmation email then you can log back in to your account and navigate to the “orders” section where you will be able to view and pay for your order.

Once this is done we can process and ship your order out.

You will receive a tracking number via the web shop once your order ships out.
